Your course run must be completed on or before 30 November 2026 — not simply booked or paid for. Enrolments for course runs that end after that date are not eligible. Work backwards from the course end date.
The current SFEC gives eligible Singapore employers a S$10,000 credit that offsets up to 90% of out-of-pocket course costs, on top of existing subsidies. It is winding down — but the scheme is not ending.
It is not a cliff — a fresh S$10,000 arrives 1 December 2026
A redesigned SFEC launches on 1 December 2026 under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package, and eligible companies receive a fresh S$10,000 credit via an online wallet — paid out at enrolment to offset upfront cost, rather than reimbursed afterwards.
What you lose is any unused balance on the current credit, which expires when the new scheme starts. So the practical play is to run training that finishes before 30 November 2026 to use the current credit — and then plan a second round against the fresh credit from 1 December 2026.

Watch out: some guides publish the wrong date
Several commercial guides still state a 30 June 2026 SFEC deadline. That is out of date. The current deadline is 30 November 2026, per the official memorandum cited below. If you have been planning against a June date, re-check your course end dates.
